Laurie Brown: My Story

Laurie Brown – Medifast Success Story

Before I got pregnant I had no concept of what it was to be fat. I had not been a big girl ever in my life,  but after having two beautiful children I gained the usual weight associated with childbearing and then on top of that I started focusing all of my energy into taking care of my kids. I lost track of myself completely as I am sure lots of you new mommies have done as well.

I did not like being over weight and so I started trying ever diet program and every new fad out there, but most of them were so weird! There were diets that claimed that only eating cabbage soup was the best way to go, and even one that said all you have to do is eat bacon for every meal. Needless to say, I was grossed out, worn out and frustrated with trying to loose my extra pounds.

Finally a friend told me about Medifast. I decided to do my homework on it, and in my research I discovered that Medifast has been around for more than 30 years, and has been recommended by over 20,000 doctors. The program works. With Medifast, I ate six delicious meals a day – no cabbage soup! – and could choose exactly what I wanted to eat, and have it delivered, too!
