Maintain Your New Weight - Lean & Green Meals
You are a vital part of your Medifast diet success, the secret to your own weight loss. The Medifast program teaches you how to eat, retraining you to think, plan and eat like a slimmer, healthier person. Much of this education and training is accomplished as you design and implement your Lean and Green meal, the one meal a day for which you are solely responsible on the Medifast program. The Lean and Green meal can be eaten at any time of the day; many people choose to end the day with their Lean and Green meal, using it as their dinner. But you can switch it up, beginning the day, for example, with a green pepper and mushroom omelet, if you choose. You will learn through the materials given to you what the right foods are and when to eat them; and as you do that, you will discover how delicious a healthy menu can be and how fantastic you’ll feel as you reform your habits.
The Lean and Green meal is not only a teaching portion of your diet. Aside from giving you the empowerment, knowledge and initiative you need to make healthy food choices, the Lean and Green meal adds further dimension to your menu by giving you a huge variety of foods from which to choose. As you make healthy choices, you empower yourself and add further potential to your weight loss progress. By choosing and preparing your meal from scratch, or selecting a smart choice from a restaurant, you begin to implement what you learn from the other five meals. In other words, the Lean and Green meal encourages you to begin doing for yourself what Medifast does through the day’s other meals.
