One of the biggest complaints I hear from people I coach on the Medifast plan is…”I’m just not seeing any results on my bathroom scale!” I know the frustration, I’ve been there too. You work and work and work…yet the needle barely moves.

Take a good look at yourself. A really long and steady look. Notice your shape. What do you want changed? You see, it isn’t the weight that is the issue, it is the way it is distributed on your body. By looking at yourself in the mirror, you see what others do. Face it, no one out in public is going to make you stand on a scale to see how much weight you have lost. Instead, they will only pay attention to how you look when they give you a passing glance. How you look and how you feel should be your focal point, not what your scale tells you. Even skinny people can weigh a lot.
